Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the sharpener must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email namgo756@gmail.com before sending the item. Approved returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at namgo756@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
